According to a witness in the murder case of Fashion Designer and LGBTQ activist Edwin Kiptoo Chiloba, the deceased and Jackton Odhiambo were in a romantic relationship.
She requested anonymity and stated that she was Chiloba's friend and classmate.
She testified in court that the deceased first presented her to Odhiambo as his official photographer. Chiloba later revealed to her that he was having an affair with Odhiambo.
Odhiambo's close family members and friends also testified before Justice Reuben Nyakundi on Wednesday.

Ochieng, a freelance photographer, told the court about the events of December 31, 2022, when he went to Tamasha nightclub in Eldoret with his fiancée Patricia Nyambura.
Ochieng said in court that they left the club at 4 a.m. and shared a taxi. He claimed Chiloba was so drunk that he slept the entire journey.
According to Ochieng, Odhiambo returned to their home mid-morning the next day with part of his garments soaked in blood.
He also stated that the accused possessed Chiloba's phone, which was dead. He claimed to have left it in the car.
Odhiambo told his friends he had left Chiloba sleeping at their house, barely 200 meters away.
Ochieng and Nyambura stated in court that they found out about Chiloba's death on social media two days later.
The hearing will be held again on November 21 and 22, 2023.
