The sequence of events unfolded as DJ Mo was behind the wheel of his lavish vehicle, joined by his wife and a third individual, reportedly his designated driver, as they were heading towards an undisclosed destination.
Gospel DJ Mo was arrested by traffic police officers for driving without car license plates, when asked to produce his driver's license he said to the officer, “Kwani hunijui, check my DL online, kwani unatumia katululu”. #djmo #size8 #BNN

During their journey, a figure donned in a distinct reflective police jacket motioned for their vehicle to halt. Initially, DJ Mo presumed the officer might be an ardent fan seeking a photo or an autograph, but reality proved otherwise. The officer's attention was not on DJ Mo's celebrity status, but rather on the absence of a license plate on the car.
The officer questioned DJ Mo about the missing license plate, to which the DJ responded with a hint of sarcasm, asking, “Where’s the license plate for this car?”
DJ Mo looked puzzled, possibly assuming the officer was joking or putting on an unexpected comedic act. He retorted with, “Don’t you recognize me?”DJ Mo expressed disbelief at the officer's possible lack of recognition of him as a well-known public figure with over 2 million Instagram followers.
Nevertheless, the situation took a sudden turn when the steadfast officer, undeterred in his duty, asked for DJ Mo's driver's license. With a hint of sarcasm in his voice, DJ Mo encouraged the officer to verify his driving credentials online.
