Renowned Bongo Flava artist, Mbosso clarified the source of his beef with Kenyan Bongo artist, Otile Brown. During an interview on Wasafi radio, Mbosso clarified that he and the Kenyan singer were never close acquaintances, attributing it to an unreleased collaboration they had planned together.

Mbosso made it clear that he harbored no personal issues with Otile Brown, but he admitted to having reservations about artists who exude excessive pride. According to Mbosso, Otile had a tendency to boast and allegedly undermined his own musical journey.

" Mimi sinanga noma na msanii yoyote lakini ukinionyesha kiburi nakukwepa kabisa. Otile ni msanii mashuhuri lakini tabia zake za kuringa na kuona wasanii wengine hawafaii ilileta beef kati yetu. Naamini wasanii wanafaa kushirikiana lakini ukianza kunionyesha jinsi wewe ni bora kuniliko nakuondokea. " Mbosso stated.

The singer went on to reveal that he and Otile Brown were supposed to do a collaboration. He asked Otile to follow the right procedure and plan everything with his management but he was reluctant.

As per Mbosso's account, all the arrangements had been made, but Otile Brown was unwilling to adhere to the required protocols. Consequently, the song never saw the light of day, and communication between them came to a halt."Nilimpa utaratibu lakini hakuweza kufuata," said Mboso.
