Renowned Kenyan singer and songwriter Nadia Mukami is openly expressing her admiration for her mother-in-law, celebrating her wonderful qualities with the world.
The vibrant artist, known for her hit song 'Maombi,' recently had the pleasure of spending time with her fiancé Arrow Bwoy's mother, who visited them in Kenya. Over the course of their time together, Mukami couldn't contain her excitement after discovering her mother-in-law's impressive culinary skills, a hidden talent that many were unaware of.
The singer was incredibly impressed by the meals her mother-in-law prepared during her visit to their house, prompting her to share her excitement on her Instagram stories.

In one of her posts, the award-winning singer showcased a video where she presented a stew made from groundnuts, Ugandan 'matoke,' and chicken. Nadia Mukami couldn't contain her enthusiasm, expressing in the caption that the meal was so delicious that she even decided to momentarily abandon her diet.
"Nilikuwa nimeanza kudiet but my mum in law is around 😄. Njugu stew plus kakuku and Ugandan matoke weweeee!" She wrote.
In another post, Nadia Mukami showed off how her mother-in-law had made for them some mandazis, and this time she again showered her with praises saying:
"My mother in law chronicles Weh! Very good cook! Ama tupika hizi na yeye niwauzie?? 😄 utamuuu".
In yet another post, Nadia Mukami showed a meal of rice and chicken stew that Arrow Bwoy's mother had prepared for them. This time the singer even rated her cooking kills to be 11/10.
"Mother in law at it!!! Chaaaai! Mautam tu daily!! 11/10".
Nadia Mukami had the opportunity to visit her Ugandan in-laws, much like Arrow Bwoy's mother visited Kenya. However, during her visit, the singer found herself taken aback by the cultural differences between Uganda and Kenya.
Nadia observed a distinctive cultural practice during her visit, noting that women in Uganda typically knelt down when serving meals to their husbands. Additionally, she observed that people knelt down as a sign of respect when greeting elders in the community.
Nadia Mukami revealed these observations earlier this year in May. During that time, she garnered attention by embracing the tradition when she replicated it for Arrow Bwoy.
In a brief video posted on her Instagram account, Mukami showcased herself preparing a meal for Arrow Bwoy and serving him while kneeling down. Arrow Bwoy was visibly impressed, jokingly stating that Nadia Mukami's dowry had just increased due to her thoughtful gesture.
