Media personality Betty Kyallo appears visibly drunk in a video that has gone viral as she struggles to speak to the crowd during the Senator Allan Chesang Foundation Super League Finals in Trans-Nzoia. Online comments on the video have been conflicting.

The footage, shot on Saturday, November 25, at the Kitale National Polytechnic Institute in Trans-Nzoia County, Kyallo, can be seen trying to interact with the audience while controlling a rowdy group of people.

Despite her challenges, Kyallo urged the audience to use their skills for worthwhile endeavors. Prominent political figures were present at the tournament, including Moses Wetangula, Speaker of the National Assembly.

Kyallo has previously been spotted in public looking inebriated. She went live on social media in March 2020 and admitted to having had a drink while sharing her grievances about her job.

Kyallo, at the time, refuted critics who called her a role model and defended her right to have fun.

Diverse responses have been seen online, including the most recent video. While some have condemned Kyallo's actions, others have supported her freedom to have fun. Specifically, Abdulahi Adan forewarned against "drinking and driving a mic on your mouth" and cited the most recent video by Kyallo.
