In an interview on Kameme FM with Muthoni Wa Kirumba on her show "Canjamuka," as part of the segment "Njorua Ya Kothi," former Starehe MP Jaguar shared the tragic story of how his mother lost her life due to the domestic strife caused by his father. According to Jaguar, the family experienced turmoil when his father abandoned them and married another woman, leading to domestic violence that ultimately resulted in the unfortunate death of his mother.
He recounted that his father, employed in an insurance company with financial stability, played a role in aggravating the situation. Jaguar explained that his mother succumbed to depression and developed high blood pressure after his father married another woman and neglected their family.
Jaguar further revealed that his mother's health deteriorated to the point where she was unable to carry out daily activities. He took on odd jobs to support and cover the hospital expenses incurred during his mother's illness.

After a few years, Jaguar's mother tragically passed away, unable to cope with the escalating stress stemming from his father's remarriage. Jaguar mentioned that, as a consequence, he had to discontinue his education.
"My dad caused the death of my mother,he married another wife and neglected us. After this my mother developed high blood pressure disease and she got depression, after few years she died" he said
