Risper Faith unveiled her transformed physique in pictures shared on social media, appearing nearly unrecognizable after shedding a significant amount of weight. The socialite, previously known for her voluptuous curves and prominent posterior, now showcases a much slimmer silhouette, resembling a figure closer to 11. The mother of one openly disclosed that she previously carried a weight of up to 125 kilograms before embarking on her remarkable weight loss journey.
Risper Faith shared her experience of undergoing a liposuction weight loss procedure, revealing that even with this cosmetic intervention, she struggled to shed the excess kilos.
Liposuction is a cosmetic surgical procedure designed to remove fat from specific areas of the body by dissolving it using specialized chemicals and extracting it through a tube. In some cases, the extracted fat may be strategically relocated to other areas, like the buttocks or hips, to sculpt and attain a desired body contour.

I was ridiculed, made fun of and body shamed… I was one of the first people in Kenya to openly share my liposuction journey…but this came with a negative side to it. While I inspired sooo many, spiteful comments on my weight always popped up which would one way or the other get to me.

In November 2020, Risper Faith opted for liposuction surgery in an attempt to eliminate excess fat and resolve her weight issues. Unfortunately, the procedure did not yield the expected results, as eight liters of fat were removed from her stomach and lower back.
Having faced disappointment with the outcome, on May 15, 2023, Risper Faith disclosed her intention to undergo a gastric bypass surgery as an alternative, acknowledging the need for a different approach to address her weight challenges following the less successful liposuction procedure.
"When I do my mini gastric bypass it’s over for you bit***es…Happy Tuesday," Risper Faith wrote at the time.
Risper Faith had previously shown interest in getting gastric bypass surgery. In August 2021, the socialite said that her procedure (gastric bypass) would cost a whopping Ksh850,000 and that her spouse Brian Njunge would cover the entire bill.
