Akothee acknowledges Nelly Oaks for aiding her in handling the challenges of baby daddy drama. She describes the entire ordeal as a demanding task, especially for those who are not emotionally resilient and financially stable. The musician, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Esther Akothee has shared insights into the difficulties she faces while attempting to co-parent with her three baby daddies.

In her perspective, navigating through the entire situation is a challenging endeavor, requiring resilience and financial stability, and is not suitable for the faint-hearted.

"Co-parenting is not easy. There is no day a month will pass without you crying. I'm telling you the truth," stated the mother of five.

The singer continued, stating that anyone who claims to have no issues with their ex-partner, with whom they share a child and are co-parenting, is not being truthful.

"If you meet a baby mama who is not being made to cry by the baby daddy or a baby daddy who is not being made to cry by the baby mama, it's a lie.

Reflecting on the various dramas she has faced with her different baby daddies, Akothee shared an account of her Swiss baby daddy occasionally proving challenging. She recounted instances where he refused to cover the expenses for their son's plane tickets back home, seemingly as a means of spite.

Fortunately, she added, she has discovered immense love and support in her manager and current boyfriend, Nelly Oaks. Choosing to concentrate on this positive aspect, she opts to redirect her attention away from the dramas that come her way.

Akothee added that her current stability significantly improves the situation, as she is no longer in a position where she needs to rely on or plead with anyone.

The musician further explained that pursuing these men can often be an exercise in futility and emotionally draining. Reflecting on the past, she recounted a situation where she had taken legal action against her first baby daddy, with whom she shares three daughters, seeking child support. However, the case ended up backfiring on her.
