Kenyan Socialite And rapper Natalie Florence Kutoto, famously known as Noti Flow, has revealed that she is charging fans Kes 160,000 to follow them on Instagram.
She revealed through a screenshot of a conversation between the rapper and a fan, who was concerned that Noti was not following them back.
In response, the former Nairobi Diaries cast revealed that a followback comes at a fee and one has to pay Kes 160,000.
" To get followed by queen Noti is $ 1000 only," she wrote.
