Redpen, a Congolese artist captivated a Kenyan dating show with his remarkable presence.
Redpen graced the Hello Mr. Right show, hosted by Dr. Ofweneke and Diana Marua. Making a grand entrance, the singer arrived accompanied by two imposing bodyguards, leaving a lasting impression on the female participants.
The Hello Mr. Right show experienced a shake-up when a singer from the Democratic Republic of Congo made a guest appearance. Redpen began by charming the ladies, greeting them with crisp notes. Following this, he serenaded them with a love ballad, triggering a competition among the contestants to win his affections.

Redpen surprised the ladies by handing them crisp KSh 1,000 notes, eliciting delighted screams. His generous gesture quickly won him favor as the women vied for his attention.
In an interview, Redpen revealed that he spent approximately KSh 30,000 on the show.
“I spent KSh 20,000 on the ladies while my security team received KSh 5,000 each for the day,” he said.
According to Redpen, the women waivered a part of the show where they were shown the suitor’s profile.
He ultimately chose a lady named Fatma. However, Redpen clarified that they were not unfamiliar to each other.
“She is my ex. She was surprised. Fatma barely recognised me initially as my appearance has changed.”
The artist went on to characterize his current relationship status as intricate.
