Political figure Babu Owino has kept his word to work with artist Stevo Simple Boy.
The joint effort is called "Neno" (Word) and was posted to Stevo Simple Boy's YouTube channel on Tuesday afternoon.
In "Neno," Stevo Simple Boy and his manager, Chingiboy Mstado, featured the Member of Parliament for Embakasi East in the video, singing and dancing to the gospel song.
"It is you, Father, who has made me shine, I am always with you, I cannot be without you. Let yourself be worshiped and praised. For you, Father, there is abundant blessing, abundant joy, you have protected me, I call you Yahweh, let yourself be lifted up forever. That's why I shout with joy and celebration," Stevo Simple Boy sings in his verse.

MP Owino appeared in the music video even though she didn't say a word in the song, which immensely helped the video gain more attention.
The politician didn't stop there. He told his followers on social media that his partnership with Stevo had finally materialized and encouraged them to watch it.
During that time, Owino wrote, "I had a good meeting with Stevo Simple Boy. He is in the business of making Barida Freshi Juice, produced in different flavors. Let's uplift Simple Boy."
"We will also work together in the music industry, and the collaboration will be released soon," he added.
By the time this article was published, the video had received over 35,000 views in just 19 hours.
Babu has made previous appearances in music videos. It's essential to remember that Prince Indah and artist Bahati previously featured him in their collaboration on the music video for "Adhiambo."
