Tanzanian bongo artist Ali Kiba celebrated 20 years in the music industry by throwing a huge party attended by musicians and celebrities from East Africa.
Among those present at the launch were former Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete and fellow musician Ommy Dimpoz.
During the party, the bongo artist announced launching his own media company. The artist has entertained fans across Africa and globally through his music career.

Kiba stated at a star-studded ceremony on Saturday evening that he hopes to reach as many people as possible through his new company, Crowns Media. This company comprises a TV station, radio station, internet media, and events, including Crown FM, Crown TV, and Crown Digital.
Ali Kiba has joined Diamond, another Tanzanian artist who owns a full-fledged media company called Wasafi Media.
