Stevo Simple Boy has created new social media accounts after his former manager refused to give him access to his verified accounts.
Simple Boy revealed that his attempts to regain control of his original social media accounts had proven impossible leading him to create new ones.
Terming the developments as an "unavoidable circumstance", Simple Boy further said that he had chosen to channel his fanbase to a whole new direction.
The statement read: "As an artist who cherishes the unwavering support of the Kenyan media and our beloved citizens, I, Stevo Simple Boy, wish to express my deepest gratitude amidst recent challenges."

"Due to these unavoidable circumstances, I hereby announce the launch of our new official communication channels."
Simple Boy further stated that he will take legal action against anyone seeking to misrepresent him on his former social media sites, which he no longer controls.
"Please note that any social media accounts bearing the names "Stivo Simple Boy" or "Stevo Simple Boy8" are no longer under my control," the statement added.
"Any activity on these platforms claiming to represent me is considered impersonation and will be dealt with according to the law."
in a previous interview, the ex-manager maintained that he would not return the singer's social media accounts unless he was paid ksh 150,000.
The ex-manager, Chingi Boy, said he bought Stevo Simple Boy's accounts from MIB records at ksh 150k and would like to be compensated the same amount before he hands them over.
