Celebrated Gospel musician Israel Mbonyi is set to have his first concert in Kenya, and tickets range from ksh 3000 to ksh 20000.
The 32-year-old songwriter and worship leader is regarded as one of the most prominent individuals in Rwanda's gospel music industry, with a fan following that extends beyond the country's boundaries.
The gospel phenomenon has announced his debut performance in Nairobi, acknowledging that a significant portion of his fan base comes from Kenya.

Mbonyi will be gracing the stage at The Africa Worship Experience on August 10, 2024, at the Ulinzi Sports Complex along Lang’ata Road.
“Kenya holds a special part in my heart and I am super grateful for your unwavering support. You have been number one supporters of my ministry for the last three years. The time has come for us to worship together,” Mbonyi said while announcing his debut on the Africa Worship experience that will take place on August 10, 2024.
First-class VVIP tickets are Sh20,000, VVIP tickets are Sh12,000, VIP tickets are Sh8,000, and regular tickets are Sh3,000.
The singer holds a Pharmacy degree from India. In a 2022 interview with RTV, he also acknowledged that he is nearly finished with his master's degree in public health and that it is a career choice he would pursue if he weren't doing music full-time.
In his free time, he likes watching and playing basketball. He also likes reading fiction and nonfiction.
