According to public records, the two music stars are legally man and wife -- and their marriage date is listed as having been recorded on December 27, 2023 ... so, a whole 6 months ago.
Although the paperwork is vague about the location of the wedding, it became official in St. Louis County, so all indications point to the couple getting married in Nelly's hometown. They haven't held a public ceremony yet, but they have been hinting at their impending nuptials in recent weeks. This is obviously very big news, especially since these two never cease surprising us.

Recall that a few months prior, Ashanti publicly announced that she and Nelly were expecting their first child together, amidst growing rumors that she was carrying a child.
