Ray J had a rough time at the BET Awards, and the video evidence shows his full meltdown, including threats to "make things ghetto" after security allegedly denied him re-entry to the show.

The footage, obtained by TMZ, captures Ray J pacing outside the Peacock Theater in downtown Los Angeles on Sunday night, becoming increasingly agitated. He appears to be arguing with security guards, frustrated about not being allowed back inside. At one point, he dramatically rips off his shirt and shouts, "I didn't bring the ghetto to BET yet, but I'm about to!!!"

Throughout the video, Ray J can be seen holding a beverage and sometimes smoking, visibly upset. Sources with direct knowledge revealed that Ray was hired by BET to host three events over the weekend, including a backstage access show on Sunday night, when the video was taken.

While filming backstage for BET Digital, Ray J frequently moved between inside and outside during breaks without wearing his credentials. Our sources say he exited and re-entered about 15 times, including some trips with BET executives, using a door right next to the stage.

However, about 30 minutes before the awards show ended, the security guard at the door finally objected to Ray J's lack of credentials and refused him entry, despite his previous comings and goings.
