Keke Jabbar, star of the reality show Love & Marriage: Huntsville, has reportedly passed away at the age of 42, as confirmed by her cousin and fellow cast member LaTisha Moore Scott.
Moore Scott shared the news on Instagram, requesting, “At this time, we are asking for RESPECT and PRIVACY in our moment of grief, while we process this great loss! This is hard for our Family!!!!!” As of now, the cause of death has not been disclosed.
Jabbar’s Instagram page has been flooded with comments from fans, friends, and others expressing their condolences. One comment read, “I am absolutely devastated! Sending many prayers and hugs to your beautiful kids, family, castmates, and friends. REST IN POWER gorgeous.
No more mean spirits, lies being told about you, no more family drama…..just PEACE. My heart is broken cuz. You will be missed and we are praying healing for the rest of the family!”

On the OWN show, Jabbar and her cousin Scott had numerous disagreements, including a notable incident where Jabbar threw a drink in Scott’s face. In a clip from the episode, Jabbar questioned, “Why do I continue to give this relationship a chance? This is so unnecessary.” The altercation led to someone demanding Jabbar take a drug test.
During a reunion show, host Carlos King asked Jabbar if she had ever taken any drugs. She responded, “I’ve never taken any kind of hard drug. I’ve never taken anything, heroin, cocaine, crack… I’ve never taken anything like that.” When King asked if she was sober throughout filming, Jabbar affirmed that she was.
