Elisa Jordana is moving past her legal issues by accepting a plea deal in her battery case, which includes a mental health evaluation as part of the agreement.
In May, the former 'Howard Stern Show' star accepted the deal, resulting in 12 months of probation, 45 hours of community service, anger management courses, and a small fine. Additionally, the judge mandated that Jordana undergo a mental health evaluation and follow any recommended treatment.
If Jordana completes her probation successfully, her legal troubles will end. Her ordeal began in early April during a live stream when she and her then-fiancé, Bahram Alipour, got into a physical altercation, with Jordana hitting him multiple times. Alipour eventually pulled her out of the car by her hair. Police reviewed the video and arrested Jordana for simple domestic battery.

At the time, Jordana apologized for her actions but later claimed the incident was triggered by catching Alipour cheating and asserted he was more violent than she was. She believes the live stream saved her life, as she fears Alipour might have killed her if the camera hadn't been on.
Jordana shared with TMZ, "I have felt a lot of beautiful support from people and I appreciate getting another chance at life because I was terrified by that situation. Everything I was told to do by the court has helped me, I am working again, and I feel very hopeful for the future."
