Shakib Cham Lutaaya, husband to South African based socialite and entrepreneur Zari Hassan maintains he is not a baby sitter to his wives kids but more of a needed father figure.

The 32-year-old Ugandan businessman argued that his wife has several house helps who manage the day to day activities as well as watch over the kids hence that isn't his load of work. Shakib maintained whenever he hangs out with the kids it is out of his goodwill and desire to socialize with them.

His wife Zari has 5 kids, 2 younger ones that she shares with Tanzanian bongo artist Diamond Platnumz and 3 older ones who she shares with her late husband South African tycoon Ivan Ssemwanga.

"Who do I babysit? Her kids are all grown-ups. I have to show them a father figure because I am with their mum," Shakib said.

Touching on their house dynamics he went on to add;

"Zari has two or three maids where she stays in South Africa, so they are doing everything. As a father I don't have to be there and please their mum, I have to step in and entertain and have fun with everyone,"

Finishing up Shakim revealed him and his wife's older teenage kids actually have a good and cordial relationship. Maintaining he doesn't film himself hanging out with them as much as he does with the younger ones because Zari's older boys are camera shy.

"They respect me a lot. That's not how they see me. The boys are not the kind of people who like cameras a lot. Most of the time, we are together. I go to South Africa, I think, every once a month," Shakib added.
