Kanye West is celebrating a significant milestone as he's finally found a buyer for his Malibu estate, which he had completely stripped down. The property went into escrow last Thursday, according to online records.

Kanye has been trying to sell the beachfront property for a while. In April, he slashed the original $53 million asking price from January by $14 million, bringing it down to $39 million. The final sale price remains undisclosed.

The estate was left gutted and unfinished as Kanye began a renovation that was never completed. The house currently lacks walls and feels almost uninhabitable, making it a major fixer-upper for the new owner, assuming the escrow process concludes successfully.

Kanye enlisted "Selling Sunset" star Jason Oppenheim to find a buyer, and it looks like he's succeeded. Jason has marketed the property as a "blank canvas," ready for a fresh vision.

The property features 4,000 square feet of space, including 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, outdoor decks, and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. It will be interesting to see what the new owner does with the place once the renovations are completed.
