Snoop Dogg has been a standout at the 2024 Paris Olympics, serving as a special correspondent for NBC and bringing his signature charm and energy to the events. Fans have been curious about how much he’s earned from this partnership, with some speculating that he made $500,000 a day during the Games. Although Snoop hasn’t directly confirmed these rumors, he recently shared a video that hints at the impressive payout.

On Thursday (August 15), Snoop reposted a clip summarizing his involvement in the Olympics and the perks he enjoyed. The video highlights Snoop as "the main star of the Paris Olympics," mentioning that he lived and partied in Paris for free while boosting the event’s visibility.

According to the clip, Snoop attended all major Olympic events and was featured in nearly every top broadcast. It also claims that Snoop earned close to $9 million over 17 days, while his presence helped increase Olympic viewership by 79%. NBC Sports reported that 34 million viewers tuned in during the first five days, a significant jump compared to the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, partly attributed to Snoop’s influence.

Snoop’s involvement extended to many key moments during the Games, including a memorable handover ceremony with Dr. Dre, marking the transition to the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.

Reflecting on their partnership, Dre said, "Snoop is the superstar. I’m the co-star when we’re on stage. In the studio, I’m the captain, but outside, Snoop is the guy." As fans look forward to their upcoming album Missionary, it will be interesting to see what other surprises Snoop has in store, both musically and beyond.
