Renowned South African fitness trainer Nkuleko Dlamini, popularly known as the ‘King of Squats,’ who was in Kenya over the weekend, took time to address the curiosity surrounding his impressive physique, particularly his behind, which has sparked interest on Kenyan social media.

While acknowledging that his overall fitness is remarkable, he noted that it’s his buttocks that have garnered the most attention. In a recent interview, Dlamini also dispelled misconceptions about his physique.

“My viral popularity stems from my body, especially my glutes. For many, it might be their first encounter with a man showcasing such a toned backside,” he said.

“I’ve maintained a firm butt since my soccer days; it was never a topic until social media amplified it,” he explained.

The King of Squats has faced scrutiny, with some suggesting he uses growth hormones to achieve his glute size.

He clarified, “It’s all natural. My results come from intense training and my genetics. It’s simply in my family’s DNA.”

He emphasized the long-term commitment required to achieve his current physique, detailing his rigorous training regimen.

“I perform countless squats daily and maintain a protein-rich diet, all of which contribute to my results,” he said.

Regarding online mockery, Dlamini remains unfazed.

“The comments don’t affect me. People may laugh at the men in my classes wanting similar results, but they often overlook their strength and dedication. Their focus tends to be solely on my butt,” he noted.
