"As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus," says Erica Wolff, one of Diddy's attorneys, to TMZ. Having said that, Mr. Combs vehemently and unequivocally refutes any allegation—whether true or false—that he sexually assaulted anyone, including children. In court, where the truth will be determined by the evidence, not conjecture, he looks forward to establishing his innocence and defending himself."

A Houston-based law firm representing 120 accusers is revealing some of their stories for the first time in anticipation of Diddy being hit with lawsuits for sexual assault and abuse. Among the allegations is that Diddy molested a 9-year-old boy.

A number of lawsuits, including one from an accuser who says Diddy and others sexually assaulted him when he was only nine years old at the Bad Boy Records studio in New York City, are expected to be filed against Diddy in the next thirty days, according to attorney Tony Buzbee.

Buzbee alleges that after promising the 9-year-old a record deal to entice him to an audition, Diddy sexually molested him.

Furthermore, Buzbee states that his legal team will bring legal action on behalf of additional accusers who assert that Diddy mistreated them while they were minors, one of whom claims Diddy made them engage in oral sex.

According to Buzbee, a different accuser claimed that at the age of fifteen, she was drugged and brought into a private room with Diddy, where he allegedly sexually assaulted her before other people took turns abusing her.

A big-time attorney who has sued a bunch of celebs including Travis Scott and Chris Brown, Buzbee claims his clients were raped, sexually assaulted and sexually exploited by Diddy and his associates ... and he says they were typically forced to consume a drink that was laced with xylazine, or "tranq" -- a horse tranquilizer.

As previously reported, Buzbee's legal team declared on Friday that it would be representing over fifty purported victims who had come forward with "gut-wrenching" accounts of what transpired at Diddy's purported "Freak Off" parties.

Buzbee called the "mindboggling" claims "debauchery and depravity, exacted by powerful people" and added that 120 accusers would be suing Diddy and other defendants on an individual basis.

It seems like a very serious problem. Buzbee said he would be suing anyone who was involved or knew about the alleged abuse and refused to put an end to things, and he made strong indications that other celebrities would be named in the lawsuits.

The lawsuits, according to Buzbee, will include "names that will shock you." He claimed that the alleged abuse occurred in both private homes and well-known hotels, primarily in Los Angeles and New York.

It is noteworthy that Buzbee has not yet brought any cases in any legal jurisdiction.Meanwhile, Diddy is facing a mountain of other lawsuits ... sitting in jail as he awaits trial following his arrest and a federal indictment.

Diddy's pled not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, kidnapping and racketeering in the federal case.

Marc Agnifilo, Diddy's attorney, is fighting hard for the Bad Boy Records founder ... claiming the feds are gunning for Diddy simply because he's a "successful Black man."

Sounds like the federal indictment and the already filed lawsuits are just the tip of the iceberg here.
