Renowned Kenyan actress Catherine Kamau, popularly known as Kate Actress, has openly shared with the world that she underwent a cosmetic procedure to achieve her desired body shape.
The award-winning actress recently opted for a cavitation procedure, a non-invasive treatment that employs ultrasound technology to break down fat cells in targeted areas of the body.
This procedure helps eliminate stubborn fat deposits and aids in weight loss, enabling individuals to achieve their body goals without the need for surgery.

On her part, Kate Actress did the cavitation procedure because she wanted to get rid of the fat that was deposited in both her upper arms.
The former Selina actress disclosed this in posts that she made on her Instagram stories some few hours ago.
"Ama ni juju sipendi chapati 😠hapa nikaenda @adenawellness day one. For fat freezing ya these chapo arms" Kate actress said in one post.
In another post, the multi award-winning actress shared a video of herself in the clinic undergoing the procedure.
Kate Actress also made another post where she opened up about how she used to hide her fatty arms in her poses.
The mother of two said that she had to pose with her hands akimbo, especially during the times when she did a shoot while wearing a sleeveless top.
According to Kate Actress this pose was better for hiding how her upper arms looked compared to the normal pose of one putting their hands straight, where the fatty arms would have been seen.
"Btw hii ndio pose ya kuficha hizo arms 😂 usiziweke chini hata kidogo 😂" Kate Actress said.
