50 Cent has responded to the new lawsuit accusing Jay-Z and Diddy of sexual assault with an Instagram post questioning the future of the Super Bowl. Following the news, 50 wrote, "Ok, I don’t know what’s going on, but are we gonna still have the Super Bowl? 😟 I’m just asking for a friend!" His post comes after he has repeatedly asked about Jay-Z’s involvement during Diddy’s ongoing legal troubles in recent interviews.

50 Cent and Jay-Z have been long-time rivals since 50’s 1999 track "How To Rob." Earlier this summer, 50 revealed he and Diddy were never friends and that he had never attended any of Diddy's parties. Since the start of Diddy’s legal drama in 2023, 50 has been frequently trolling him on social media.

In a separate interview with Cam'ron, 50 claimed that Jay-Z was the reason he wasn’t initially included in the 2022 Super Bowl halftime show promotion. "The NFL has no issues with me," he told Cam. "This is why I was saying I knew what ol' boy [Jay-Z] was doing with the Super Bowl. He was doing some wild stuff, Cam, because he was telling Em and them that the NFL had an issue with me. And I’m like, ‘Well, what’s the issue? Why don’t they have an issue when I’m becoming a partner with the actual teams? But they have an issue with my performance?’ It makes no sense."

The lawsuit, which has recently been re-filed, accuses Jay-Z and Diddy of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000. Jay-Z immediately denied the allegations, calling the lawsuit an "extortion" attempt. "My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a 'lawyer' named Tony Buzbee. What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle.

No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!! These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!!"

Meanwhile, 50 Cent faced his own sexual assault accusations from his ex-girlfriend Daphne Joy in May. In response, he filed a defamation lawsuit, which was eventually dropped in September after Joy withdrew her allegations in July.
