A$AP Rocky is holding off on speaking out, saving his words for his upcoming album or maybe a victory speech. He won't be testifying in his assault trial!

On Tuesday, Rocky chose to waive his right to testify when the judge asked his attorney, Joe Tacopina, if they'd made a final decision after discussing it earlier in the week.

It was a hectic and significant day in court, and Rocky looked sharp but was rushing, which led to an iPhone taking a tumble.

The judge made sure Rocky understood the importance of his choice, and the rapper confidently responded with "I do in fact" when asked if he was sure about not taking the stand.

While he stayed quiet in court today, Rocky had more to say last week when he told A$AP Twelvyy not to answer the prosecution's question about the meaning behind his AWGE brand name.
