Following the cancellation of the remaining U.S. dates, Justin took some time off. Then, after speaking with his team, family, and doctors, he resumed the European part of the tour, playing six separate gigs. Bieber continued the time after that, finishing it with a performance in Brazil. Even though the 29-year-old pop artist was initially "excited" to return on the road, he ultimately found it exhausting and chose to halt the Justice globe tour.
It affected me, he wrote. "I gave everything I had to the Brazilian people this weekend when I played at Rock in Rio. I was so worn out when I left the stage I immediately understood I had to put my health first. So, for the time being, I'm going to stop touring. I'll be fine, but I need some downtime to recover."
Justin continued, "Introducing this show and our message of justice to the globe has made me incredibly proud. We appreciate your prayers and support over this entire process. I adore every one of you dearly!"
