Many celebrities have come under fire from Andrew Kibe for cashing in on unrealistic fake body surgeries. Anerlisa Muigai, an heiress of the Keroche family, was top in Kibe's list.
Anerlisa is well known for undergoing a remarkable physical transformation in 2016 when she shed over 40 kg. She denied having any cosmetic treatments done and credited her weight loss to a healthy diet and working with a skilled trainer.
Controversial podcaster Andrew Kibe now doubts Anerlisa's promises of natural weight loss. He cited a Houston, Texas, facility well-liked by African socialites seeking custom-made bodies. Kibe, who resides in the USA, claims that such operations cost $35,000. (Ksh 4.6 million). Kibe said Anerlisa's body was not real. Kibe claims that the Keroche heiress went for nip tuck, and then she came and sold a diet plan to Kenyans who bought it in thousands.

According to Risper, she made all the arrangements and put Tanasha in touch with Body By Design, where her liposuction operation was completed. She claims it took a full month before contracts were finalized and an influencer agreement was struck, under which Tanasha would have the procedure free of charge in exchange for her promotion of Body By Design.
Yet according to Risper, Tanasha ghosted and pulled out of the agreement soon after having the operation. According to Lady Risper, Tanasha should have shown up on the day of the photo session and publishing, but unfortunately, she ghosted them.
