Dj Fatxo, a Mugithi artist, is under investigation in connection with the death of Jeff, a close friend, and colleague. Although Jeff is said to have killed himself, the family has a different account.
The claim is that Jeff killed himself by jumping from the 12th floor of Kasarani's Safari Park Estate. However, Jeff's family asserts that their son might have been murdered.
They claim that the suicide explanation is only used as a cover-up by his murderers to escape punishment. The family asserts that Jeff was killed inside Dj Fatxo's residence before being thrown from the top floor to make it appear as though he committed himself.

Recently, Dj Fatxo made the decision to address and put to rest the long-running speculation about his relationship with former Murang'a Women representative Sabina Chege.
It was said that the two were in a flourishing relationship and that the legislator had purchased the singer's swanky 3.9 million Mercedez Benz.
Clarifying the situation, the singer revealed that his friendship with Sabina Chege has never changed and that their connection has always been strictly professional. He also downplayed Sabina Chege's assertion that she purchased him a car, claiming instead that the automobile was paid for using savings and his hard-earned money from the music industry. He claims he bought the Lamborghini as a reward for all his effort to make his music.
