Carol Katrue, a singer and content creator from Mugithi, has recently made hints that she and her boyfriend, fellow musician Miracle Baby, are breaking up.
On Friday, Katrue shared a blunt message on her Instagram stories that simply read: "Am single," followed by sobbing emojis. She remained mum regarding the reason for the breakup, if it actually happened.
Because the pair only just announced that they are expecting their second child, the post confused the couple's supporters.
Katrue announced her pregnancy a month after giving birth a few weeks ago.

She posted a picture of a positive pregnancy test with the message, "There's fire in the mountain," on social media.
Also, Miracle Baby posted the test kit on his Instagram page and expressed his regret to Carol Katrue in the description.
"Honey, I'm sorry," the speaker said, "ni wiki tatu tangu delivery ya mjunior hii nayo imejitokeza."
The couple's first child was born on February 18th, 2023. Yet, Miracle Baby is the father of four other children via various women.
