Mashirima and Captain Otoyo started dating in 2014 but kept their relationship under wraps until they could no longer hide it anymore. Unfortunately, in 2016, they realized their ship was sinking and parted ways. Since then, the two have been co-parenting. Since then, Mashirima has had a fairly secluded life in terms of her romantic relationships.

According to reports, the two are reportedly supposed to have split up due to Otoyo's promiscuity. According to the article, the two split up after a woman named Faith claimed Captain Otoyo had caused her to become pregnant.

On the other hand, Captain Otoyo has two additional children from a relationship with Liz Ngugi.

Recently, Kenga turned seven years old, and his mother celebrated with an elegant celebration that included a two-story cake with a cartoon theme that was well-liked by his friends and family. He and his mother were beaming from ear to ear, so the birthday obviously went over well.

Mashirima and Kenga appear to be particularly close. She sent her son a nostalgic video before his birthday. In the video, his mother was seen lip-syncing along with Kenga as he sang a children's song.

She mentioned that the video was shot two years prior and broke down in tears for her little one as they enjoyed the memorable occasion.

Mashirima, a devout Giriama, recently posted a photo of herself and Kenga supporting a nearby businessperson who sells goods made entirely of cashew nuts.

On her page, Mashirima and Kenga have also shown off their goofy sides. The two performed a humorous performance to support Woman's Hope, a company that sells bags handcrafted by victims of gender-based abuse.

Mashirima plays a customer in the comedy, and Kenga plays the shopkeeper. The boy appears to have inherited his father's sense of humor and acting prowess.

Fans could not get enough of the two's chemistry and flocked to the comment section to express their sentiments as they reenacted an interaction at the shop. It's admirable how well their relationship works.
