Yvette Obura, who rose to fame through her connection to Kevin Bahati, has been a victim of social media trolling and online hate. Nevertheless, in a recent interview with Nairobi News, the single mother disclosed how she handles constant criticism and negativity from netizens.

Yvette admitted that previously, she used to ignore nasty comments and let them pass. However, she has now learned to draw a line and respond to strangers who visit her social media page to spread hate.

Yvette emphasized that she does not retaliate with insults or hate speech. Instead, she stands up for herself and puts her critics in their place in a dignified manner.

Regarding her relationship with Kevin Bahati and his wife, Diana Marua, Yvette has faced significant criticism in the past. Rumours have circulated that Yvette and Diana were not on good terms, causing a divide among fans. However, it's worth noting that Yvette and Diana have had an incredible relationship for a long time, considering they share a child together.

During Mueni's birthday last year, Diana did not post any photos or wish her a happy birthday, which sparked questions from fans. In contrast, Bahati celebrated with Mueni and promised to fulfill any of her wishes. Diana faced criticism for ignoring Mueni's birthday and has since left her out of several social media posts, causing speculation about their relationship.

Diana later posted a photo expressing her pride in being the mother of her children, Majesty, Heaven, Malaika, and Morgan, but she did not tag Mueni. Fans noticed the omission and speculated that there was tension between the two. Previously, Mueni had been living with Diana and her father in their home, but now it appears that she lives with her mother.
