Upcoming influencer Black Cinderella has threatened to sue bloggers and those who kept sending videos and images of her arrest for character assassination.
Black Cinderella was arrested earlier on claims of conning Nigerians over kshs 200,000.she was taken into custody, where she stayed until she agreed to pay back the money she owed them.
In her Instagram posts, the upcoming influencer says she is ready to give an interview and tell her side of the story. She claims that her basic rights were violated. Black Cinderella alleges that she was bleeding heavily while in custody but could not get medical treatment or even a phone call.
She claims officers at the station were given a bribe to detain her and take photos to send to edgar obare. Black Cinderella goes on to say that she is in the process of seeking legal justice for the violation of her rights and suing those parties involved.

Black Cinderella went on to rant about how she is a human rights activist who knows her rights, and although the country's justice system is not perfect, she will follow through with it.
Before her arrest, the influencer had shared a post alleging that she was travelling to nigeria only for videos and photos of her arrest to surface online.
