Sen. Karen Nyamu, who has been nominated, caused controversy by sending a cryptic message to a woman who is thought to be Samidoh's wife.

Ms. Nyamu impressed her admirers with a stunning Instagram post that showed off her toned body.

She captioned the picture, saying, "Tell my trainer something."

The telegram was sent amid rumors that Edday Nderitu, the singer Mugithi's wife, had moved permanently to the United States to live with a relative.

Despite the attention the message received and the volume of responses it received, one user questioned the senator's continued pursuit of a connection with a married guy.

Karen responded in a sarcastic and cryptic way, implying that the user was a male pseudonymous account by addressing the admirer as Samidoh's wife.

Ms. Nyamu questioned why someone would leave a cozy house and a loving husband to start trouble using a phony identity.

Good Samaritan, ulikua umekosa nini ndio ukasaidiwe na? Ata na serikali ukimaliza hapo saidiwa... (You left a comfortable home and a man who spoils you so that you continue annoying us with bogus accounts.)"

In the US right now, Edday and her three kids are staying with Bernice Saroni, a Samidoh relative.

Edday made a suggestion last week that she has no desire to make amends with her spouse.

The information was revealed in response to a discussion Edday had with a worried fan on Facebook about her connection with Samidoh.

The supporter had objected to Bernice, Edday's host, pleading for Edday to go back to her husband. But Edday asked the follower to read through a lengthy post she had made a few months before.

"Remember that lengthy post I wrote a while back? Few people were able to understand what I was saying, Edday said.

Edday had openly shared her concerns about bringing up her children in a polygamous marriage in the aforementioned post from February.
