Diamond Platnumz is retaliating against internet users who have accused him of ripping off tracks written initially by Nigerian musicians.
The singer gained popularity earlier this week after Nigerians posted some thier tracks reminiscent of popular Nigerian classics.
The musician said in his statement that he was headed to Canada to make money.
"I am en route to Toronto, I hear on everyone is listening to my song 'Enjoy.' The rest leave it to me, if you hear a child crying then you'll know the beating has hit the body." he said
He then clapped back at his nemesis Alikiba.

"When they 'copy' you'll hear them saying they have sampled but when we do so, they say we have copied. If they were geniuses, they would have sang traditional song, why are they singing Amapiano?"
Diamond went on to become petty, 'Nyenyenye! Fyuuuuu!"
This comes just a day after Alikiba threw shade at Diamond for being a copycat.
"We are humiliating ourselves by doing plagiarism. Please work, sampling is okay but plagiarism no!"
