Shorn Arwa, a Kenyan content creator in the UK, has announced her intention to have breast reduction surgery.
Shorn Arwa shared on Instagram that she is unsure about having the procedure done now because so much has changed.
She admitted that her friends are urging her to nurse until her baby is 18 months old, even though she had always hoped to have only one child and have a complete makeover after the child turned one.
"I have been thinking of getting my boobs done as soon as my baby is one but now that's almost time I am a little scared. I have been seeking advice most people recommended breastfeeding until at least 18 months so I have to wait."

Her husband, a Nigerian man who she claims adores children, is another factor influencing the difficulties of her decision-making.
"The truth is that I always wanted just one baby (if I ever wanted), then I get a whole mommy makeover, but our oga loves babies, so I have a dilemma.
According to the content producer, she is considering surgery not because she despises her appearance but because it is difficult to dress in a large frame, particularly the top.
"Ohh let me clarify please my body is so beautiful and I love love it I just don't know what to do with a big body ..I struggle dressing it up at times more so the top."
