According to other admirers, Kahush disclosed a publicity ploy to garner attention before releasing a new song.
Especially during the quarantine, Kahush rose to Internet fame.
While his father updated Kenyans on the whereabouts of Covid-19 across the nation, Kahush was hard at work developing his musical brand.
After releasing Mi Siwezi in 2019, Kahush gained popularity. In addition, he contributed to additional popular songs like Maisha, When I Rap, and Fika.
Kahush, a UK-based musician, just recently published his new album and described the process of creating it, titled "Uptown Chokora."
He explained that the album's name refers to a person's dual nature and attempts to display all aspects of that individual.
