The entertainment desk has received word that famed and polarizing TikToker Brian Chira has been suspended from Kabarak University. Waza.co.ke attempted to contact the provocateur for comment on the rumour, but he was unavailable.

Chira, however, acknowledged his suspension from the university during an interview with Andrew Kibe last night.

He stated that the explanation offered by the institution was that he had violated the university's student Code of Conduct and Ethics.

Even Azziad's counsel agreed that Chira had been suspended during a hearing outside the Kibera Law courts yesterday.

She claimed that when police arrived to arrest the notorious figure, the university informed them that he had been suspended.

This comes only a day after Chira was charged in Kibera Law Courts and released on Sh50,000 cash bail for his problems with Azziad.

Surprisingly, Brian could still raise Sh70k on TikTok live mere hours after his court hearing. Chira was detained last week for levelling defamatory claims about the TikTok queen Chira was arrested and made to spend the night in police detention.

Nasenya's lawyer stated that her client sued TikToker for defaming her and hurting her brand.

The lawyer said that Chira made Azziad's phone number public, which has caused her grief, with strangers contacting her to attack her.

The lawyer said that the investigating officer and the DCI would undertake investigations before continuing to the next step, which is charging Chira in court.

In a video shared on social media, Chira made highly harsh things about Azziad. He then shared Azziad's phone number on social media.

"I insulted her online and she reported it to the police, talk to the officer, he will explain, all I was asking is for you to assist," Chira said over the phone from police custody.
