Self-proclaimed president of comedy in Africa, turn activist Eric Omondi has sent a heavy message to Kenyan youths about their future.
Eric took to his Instagram story to tell young kenyans that it is high time they take matters into their hands and take leadership positions, or they will die poor. Eric called on kenyans to fight for their children.
He continues by saying that it is time for youths to rise up, adding that he has a plan on what they will do to ensure that they get good leadership and that their generation does not die poor.

Eric has been making waves in activism recently. Last week he revealed that he has raised over ksh 755k for the family of a teenager shot during protests.
" I saw and spoke to 18 Victims who were shot last week but one young Man Stood out. His name is Fidel Castro, he is a 17 year Old Form 4 Student from Bishop Abiero Secondary School. He was shot 8 times and Survived. He almost died, but God gave him another chance. We are going to Rally together and Raise Money for him and Change HIS LIFE COMPLETELY."

Eric Omondi has been arrested several times for staging protests to address the country's high cost of living and unemployment rates.
Eric was arrested after attempting to take a mkokoteni full of CVS to the state house. In another incident, he was arrested when he stalled traffic while attempting to distribute unga to kenyans.
