Kenyans have mixed reactions regarding the love life of mugithi musician Samidoh and his two women, Edday and Karen Nyamu, and have been siding with their favourite woman.

The throuple has been causing waves each week with new revelations, so let's return to where it all began. Samidoh and Edday were high school sweethearts who married and had three kids. The couple have been married for over ten years.
Samuel Mchoki, famously known as Samidoh, allegedly met Karen Nyamu, a renowned lawyer and politician, in 2019 while performing at a show. They became good friends after the show.

Fast forward to 2020, rumours began circulating that Samidoh and Karen Nyamu were in a relationship and that the musician was the father of her unborn child. Samidoh came out to refute the claims that Karen is just one of his many fans and there is nothing romantic about their relationship, adding that he only has one wife and has no plans to add another.
In 2021 Karen revealed a bombshell naming the mugithi musician as fathering her son. This revelation left kenyans confused as Samidoh had vehemently denied their involvement. A month later, he confirmed the allegations and acknowledged the child. An apologetic Samidoh apologised to his wife, Edday, for the trauma and humiliation he had put her through. But that was just the beginning of these shenanigans.
Samidoh's relationship with Karen did not stop. Several months later, Karen went online accusing Samidoh of domestic violence and destruction of property and threatening to file a police report. He did not comment on the issue; months later, the couple were seen flying together on Emirates.
In early 2022, Samidoh welcomed another child with Karen Nyamu. Men will clearly leave you in the desert without water. All this time, Edday was silent, minding her own business. The couple continued gallivanting their love online without a care in the world.
Rumours of Edday splitting from Samidoh started going around in late 2022, but she never confirmed the breakup. In May of 2023, she left the country with her kids to the USA for vacation and has been hinting at not returning.
In July, she finally decided to address what had been going on in her marriage. She denied that she was in a polygamous marriage, saying that she left a toxic situation.
"Let me correct a few inaccuracies that were published online. As said, I do not have a polygamous marriage. i lifet him for whoever needed him more, ," Edday stated.
"I decided to take myself and my children out of that toxic environment, especially my teenage daughter who, regrettably, is a direct victim of the behavior," Edday said.
She maintained that she will not raise her kids up in a polygamous marriage with a woman ten years her senior. The two have never been friendly and almost engaged in a fistfight during their baby-daddie's show in Dubai.
Karen has, however, maintained that she wishes the two women were close friends. It looks like edday is determined to move on with her life from this messy situation and has been having a great time in America. she recently shared a video of herself house hunting.
