Former Kiss TV presenter Ezekiel Apindi, who has been homeless and impoverished, has opted to seek salvation in the church.

Ezekiel Apindi, the host of the Jah Rise Show, paid a visit to Prophetess Imani, a preacher in Rongai.

The preacher is seen praying for Ezekiel Apindi at her church in a video uploaded on social media. He kneels in front of the altar, emptying his pockets.

Imani, the prophetess, vowed to change his life. A different video shows a man washing Ezekiel's dreadlocks.

Apindi said in an interview with Presenter Ali last year that he was living in terrible poverty.

The former Reggae/Dancehall star blamed his problems on witchcraft. He said he worked as a Kiss TV presenter for a year, hosting the 'Jah Rise' show, before quitting owing to his rivals' witchcraft.

"Witchcraft has become widespread. They don't want me to go far, so I am in the streets. There is a war between negative and positive energy but getting help is tricky because there is no proof," he said.

He revealed that he was living on Rongai's streets and making a living by selling arts and crafts.

Ezekiel Apindi was homeless until landing a job at Kiss TV. He asked well-wishers to assist him, saying he still believed in God.
