Tanzanian musician Alikiba has stated that he has no objections to his younger brother Abdukiba collaborating with his long-time rival Diamond Platnumz.

For almost a decade, Alikiba and Diamond have been fighting over who is the better of the two.

Diamond has long said that despite discovering his opponent already a music heavyweight when he began his career, Alikiba still needs to achieve even a quarter of what he has.

Alikiba, for his part, has maintained that Diamond thrives on clout but has nothing on him.

Two months ago, they resumed their long-running feud, camping out on their social media accounts to slam each other.

During the fighting, a video showing Abdukiba partying with Diamond surfaced, confusing millions of followers of the two idols.

Many interpreted Abdukiba's appearance in the company of Diamond as betrayal because he was signed to Alikiba's Kings Music label.

Alikiba, on the other hand, says he has no problem with his sibling spending time with his opponent.

"Abdukiba and Diamond are both artists, and when artists meet, they interact." "I don't see why not," Alikiba replied.

When the video became viral, Abdukiba did not explain, while Diamond stated that they were working on a single.

"I don't see any problem with them working on a song together." Isn't that what performers do? "Any artist is free to collaborate with any of his or her peers," Alikiba stated.

The long-running conflict between Alikiba and Diamond has produced uncertainty and division among their supporters and other artists.

A group of bongo flava legends, including Ommy Dimpoz and producer Master Jay, suggest that the two should work together to resolve their problems and seek new chances.

However, for some, such as musician and Tanzanian Member of Parliament Mwana FA, the conflict is amusing, which the bongo flava sector may benefit from.
