The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Party has changed.

The Orange Party announced on Friday that Kisii Governor Simba Arati will take over as Deputy National Chairperson, succeeding former Kisii Woman Representative Janet Ong'era.

Catherine Omanyo, a Busia Woman Representative, succeeds Florence Mutua as Deputy Secretary General.

Caleb Amisi, MP for Saboti, has been appointed the new Deputy Organising Secretary, succeeding former Kwale women representative Zulekha Hassan.

Fatuma Masito, a Kwale Woman Representative, is the next Deputy National Treasurer. Former ODM Treasurer Ogla Karani previously held the role.

Eddie Oketch, a Migori senator, will be the NEC's Secretary for Humanitarian and Disaster Management Affairs. He takes over for activist Bob Njagi.

Elsie Muhanda, a Kakamega woman lawmaker, succeeds previous Shinyalu MP Justus Kizito as Secretary for Security.
