The Kenya International Convention Centre (KICC) is counting Kes 742 million in unpaid debts from state agencies with a big chunk coming from conference facilities.
The National Assembly is yet to pay KICC kES 112 million and the Senate kES 8 million.
Parliament rents offices at the facility for its members.
Further, the Publis Service Transformation Department owes the entities Kes 22 million, the Kenya Revenue Authority Kes 21.5 million, and the Inspectorate of State Corporations Kes 21.5 million.
Others with huge debts are the ICT Authority Kes 17.4 million, the Ministry of Devolution and Planning Kes 16.4 million, Nairobi City County Kes 15.9 million, Tintin Restaurant Kes 13.9 million, and the National Hospital Insurance Fund Kes 13.5 million among others.
