Real estate developer Mi Vida Homes has sold out housing units at the Garden City project in Nairobi, attributed to the growing demand for green development with the takeout of houses.
Mi Vida Homes CEO Sam Kariuki says the real estate’s success is a testament to the vision of creating a living experience beyond the ordinary.
“The project’s strategic location, surrounded by lush greenery and thoughtfully designed amenities, resonated strongly with homebuyers and investors looking for a premium lifestyle in a vibrant community without breaking their bank accounts,” he said.
Mi Vida is now eyeing its second flagship project, Amaiya, located within Garden City, whose construction is underway.
