The content creator, based in Germany, recently played a pivotal role in helping former Citizen TV journalist Kimani Mbugua raise a staggering KSh 500,000, after he made an appeal for assistance.
In an exclusive interview with SPM Buzz, Smart Joker recounted Nyako's benevolence, expressing how she came to his aid in settling his daughter's outstanding balance. The comedian further disclosed that, while participating in Nyako's live TikTok session, he managed to raise upwards of KSh 10,000 by amusing viewers with his jokes.
"Nyako sent me 50 dollars (KSh 7,400). I withdrew and combined with what I had and took it to my second born child, Emmanuellah in school. Fees Ilikuwa imenitingiza (the fees got me worried). She saw me join her live and said, 'Smart Joker I can hear an echo, I know it is a Tecno. Give me your email'. And I gave her. Turns out, even on email, you do not only write mails, she sent me money," he said.
The comedian stated that the contributions he received on Nyako's platform totaled KSh 13,000, expressing heartfelt gratitude to the TikToker for her remarkable generosity.
In a separate incident, TikToker Brian Chira has previously faced backlash for hosting live sessions on TikTok where he openly criticized well-known figures such as Azziad Nasenya and Oga Obinna.
Recently, fellow TikToker Nyako extended her support to the struggling content creator, expressing her willingness to assist him in finding a stable living situation. She emphasized that Chira was going through a tough time and needed compassion. Nyako also pointed out that Chira was socializing with friends who might desert him when he faced financial difficulties. However, Brian Chira ended up insulting her after the help but later apologized.
