According to a report submitted by the county security department to the office of the acting County Secretary, Mr. Patrick Analo, the county 'askari' is deemed innocent. He was merely carrying out his duties when this extraordinary incident unfolded.
Mr Analo said that the county 'askari' was trying to prevent the lady from double parking when she got violent and tried to escape forcing the officer to forcefully interfere with her car.
"There is no action against the officer. The lady was wrong. He wanted to prevent the lady from double-parking but he became a bit argumentative," Me Analo said.

Mr. Analo characterized the incident as a case of abduction and voiced concern for the officer's security in the aftermath of the widely publicized event.
