Lulu Hassan openly expressed her deep affection for her husband Rashid Abdalla, offering humble praise for his admirable character and unwavering commitment to his profession.
"Rashid ni bwana mzuri, yeye ni rafiki mzuri, sijakumbuka ata wakati tuligombana ile mbaya mbaya, sijakumbuka. So aendele hivyo hivyo" she said.
The mother of three went on to share how she met her husband at a difficult time in her life. Lulu said Rashid came in her life when she was grieving after losing her mother.

"Rashid alikuja kwa maisha yangu nilipokuwa napitia wakati mgumu sana. hiyo ilikuwa time mamangu alikuwa amepass nilikuwa nimekuja kutafuta kazi Nairobi I was a receptionist hapo Kilimani," said Lulu.
The Swahili news anchor revealed that she and Rashid Abdallah began their journey as friends before their romantic relationship developed. Lulu emphasized that, like any other couple, they face challenges but they have a private and effective way of addressing them. She further asserted that they make it a point to resolve any issues between them before the end of each day.
