Nicki Minaj is facing backlash for her allegations that she was pursued by police due to her race. The police department is questioning her account of events.
The Dutch Military Police responded to remarks made by Nicki during a recent live stream on the well-known social media platform Stationhead. In that stream, Nicki asserted categorically that she was targeted by police due to her membership in a "confident other race."
Furthermore, a department spokesperson initially expressed satisfaction with the way everything went and then attacked Nicki, calling it "annoying that she drew that card," which is presumably code for calling out the police for being racist.
A department spokesperson, Robert Kappel, explained the meaning to TMZ in a statement, stating that it is bothersome that she called them out on their racial profiling.

As previously reported, Nicki's arrest caused her flight to be delayed, which prevented her from performing that night, forcing her to postpone a show in Manchester, England, last weekend. The performance has been rescheduled for Monday, June 3.
However, this back and forth between Nicki and the police indicates that neither of them has completely moved on from the situation, so it's safe to assume that more drama is on the horizon.
