Present "Baddies" and "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Tommie Lee spent her Sunday night behind bars after being taken into custody by police for an alleged strange incident that occurred at LIV Nightclub.
TMZ Hip Hop was able to obtain Miami PD records, which show that when police arrived on the scene, Tommie was being restrained by a man claiming that the 39-year-old reality star had just assaulted him.
The man told police that while he was waiting outside LIV's entrance, TL approached him and he believed that TL was attempting to give him something. The man claims that since he had never met Tommie, he declined the item.

He says that at that point, Tommie allegedly turned hostile and aggressive and threatened to have him killed.
The police report states the man immediately grabbed Tommie by the arms, turned her around and held her until the cops arrived.
Police reviewed the surveillance and found it lined up enough with the man's account to place Tommie under arrest for misdemeanor battery.
